MEET THE PILOT
Founder, Pilot and Editor
Tim Schult of SkyWorks Media LLC.
With more than 40 years of experience in the media industry, founder Tim Schult brings a unique combination of technical expertise, creative vision, and storytelling to every project.
Tim began his career in 1984, working as a lighting cameraman and editor for a variety of broadcast and post-production facilities. In 2000, he joined ESPN as a post-production editor, where he advanced through leadership roles to oversee Studio Operations and the Creative Studio Editing department at the executive level.
After retiring from ESPN in 2025, Tim returned to the hands-on creative work that first inspired his career. Combining decades of production experience with a passion for aviation and aerial imaging, he earned his FAA Remote Pilot certification for commercial drone operations and founded SkyWorks Media LLC in February 2026.
Today, SkyWorks Media brings together professional production standards, cinematic storytelling, and modern drone technology to create compelling aerial imagery for real estate professionals, businesses, and creative projects.
